 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rarely leave review but I had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson, Ms Mandy here. She were rude, dismissive on phone and seemed irritated by basic questions most of the time. I have seen few times on how she rolled her eyes / contemptuous expression to customer and sometimes speak foul language and slam the phone down when I dropped by to purchased at Belco. I don't drop by very frequent but I have already encounter this for few times, a very unpleasant experience. Ms Pei Ying was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions even after her working hour without pressure and made the experience enjoyable. This is how sales should be done. A great example of quality customer service matters, especially in sales. I hope this is addressed.
